Trademarks

The name identifies origin. It is not a license grant.

“Exochain,” “Exochain Foundation,” related project names, logos, and domain names are marks of the Exochain Foundation or its licensors. Apache-2.0 lets you use the software. It does not let you use the marks except as needed to describe origin or reproduce required notices.

Permitted descriptive use

• “Built using Exochain open-source software”
• “Compatible with Exochain”
• “Based on software originally released by the Exochain Foundation”
• Accurate technical documentation and research citation

Those statements must be truthful and must not imply endorsement.

Not permitted without written permission

• Product or company names that suggest official status
• Modified or distorted official marks
• Domain registrations that use EXOCHAIN to imply affiliation
• Any use that would confuse a reasonable person about origin
